George Raymond Gulley Sr January 28 – 1937 — December 3, 2025

George Raymond Gulley Sr., a resident of the Wilson Community passed away Thursday, December 4th, 2025 in Tulsa at the age of 88. He was born January 28th, 1937 in Stigler, Oklahoma to Thomas Henry Gulley and Gertie (Martindale) Gulley.

He married the love of his life, Wilda Neoma Kellogg October 18th, 1954 in Stigler. They celebrated 64 years of marriage with a lifetime of happiness before Wilda’s death. To this union two children were born, George Raymond Gulley, Jr. and Neoma Sue.

He proudly served his country in the Air Force and later became Fire Chief of the Henryetta Fire Department for many years. He was a member of New Life Assembly of God Church in Henryetta.

He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife Wilda, a son, George Raymond Gulley, Jr., brothers, Henry Gulley, Clifford Gulley, Cleo Gulley and Chester Gulley. Also by a sister, Annabelle Yaeger.

He is survived by his daughter, Neoma Sue Raby and husband Don of the Wilson Community; four grandchildren, Sarah Madewell & husband Trent; George Raymond Gulley, III, Sue Ann Vaughan and husband Terron; Jeremy Ross Raby and Jessica Howe; daughter-in-law, Melody Gulley, seven great-grandchildren, Madison Madewell, Dillon Madewell, Hannah Madewell, Hallie Madewell, Kollin Madewell, Ella Grace Vaughan and Gunner Ross Vaughan. Also by a host of nieces, nephews friends and other relatives.

Viewing for Mr. Gulley will be from 4 – 8pm, Sunday, December 7th and 8 am until 1:00 p.m., Monday, December 8 at Integrity Funeral Service.

The Henryetta Firefighters will serve as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Don Raby, Jeremy Raby, Terron Vaughan, George R. Gulley, III, Trent Madewell, Audie Cole, Brad Foster, David Smith, Travis Griffith, and John Whitlock, Bobby Fry.

Funeral services are scheduled for 3:00 p.m., Monday, December 8th, 2025 at New Life Assembly of God in Henryetta with Rev. Cordell Hines officiating. Interment will follow in Westlawn Cemetery with full military honors provided by the United States Air Force. Services are under direction and care of Integrity Funeral Service.
